The last few years have seen ALL bathrooms, doors, floors and the complete heating system completely replaced... and the installation of a brand new keycard locking system.
All rooms have washbasins, table, chairs, a telephone and free wireless. All singles and doubles have a tv.
Some rooms are available with en-suite shower/wc, others with hallway facilities.
All private rooms (singles, twins, double en-suite and twin en-suite) include breakfast.
In the small and large dorms an all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast can be booked on arrival for an aditional €4,90.

unfortunately we do not have a communal kitchen.. the Health and Saftey laws in Munich make it near impossible to do so...
